Three alternative books that might be interesting. These books aren’t recruitment books but we’ve learnt a lot from them and thought that they might benefit you:
- Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap… and Others Don’t by Jim C. Collins - In this book, whilst not a book about recruitment a large learning of the books is about people being the most important asset. Interesting read from a business perspective.
- This is marketing Seth Godin. This book is a marketing book and as such talks about brand and purpose and value, which will help you in your employer branding efforts.
- Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action by Simon Sinek (2011). An interesting book on leadership and purpose and comes from a personal perspective than that of ‘This is Marketing’.
