THM is a platform for marketing & digital leaders. While most assume seniority here, we see leadership at all levels — so if you’re an aspiring marketing leader, we’re here for you. We are an inclusive platform and that also includes not excluding you for not having enough experience. We have roles from CMO through to junior marketing levels.

Why join THM? With LinkedIn and other jobsites what’s the benefit to me?

What information do I have to provide?

As much as you like. We need some basics like salary expectations, location, and interests to match you to roles. The more you provide, the better we can help.

Who can see my profile?

Only you and the THM team. It stays private unless you apply to a role, at which point you can choose to reveal it to the business.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your data is stored on European servers, and any AI processing is done in secure, closed environments with anonymised data. We only share data with your consent.

Can recruiters contact me?

No. Third-party recruiters cannot contact you. Only our team or talent teams at hiring businesses may get in touch.
