To ensure success as a growth hacker, you should be skilled at reviewing and optimising business processes across all departments and be able to tailor your solutions to different markets, scenarios, products, and goals. Demand Generation Manager Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline across different time horizons
- Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs
- Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
- Knowing the company’s brand and products inside and out
- Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Working within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments, like sales and content, to develop and enhance strategies and build effective support programs, such as sales enablement
- Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
- Assuring buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders
- Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success
- Delivering performance reports to leadership and departments you partner with
Demand Generation Manager Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role and a similar industry
- Likely a bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar
- Skilled at marketing channel management
- Experience in direct marketing
- Experience of successful growth implementations and interventions
- Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics.
- Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
- Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset
- Likely you will be an adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning
- Curious, innovative, and confident in your abilities to drive change
