Intro:
We are recruiting for a Digital Aggregators Manager to report to our Head of Digital Marketing. This is a newly created role in order to focus on managing portal relationships across aggregators and partnership channels.
You will ensure that our businesses presence on portal sites is optimised and delivering maximum value, and requires you to provide campaign support across our digital acquisition, conversion rate optimisation and retention campaigns.
Digital Aggregator Manager Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of relationships with key affiliates and aggregator account management team in support of company objectives
- Responsibility for management, planning and optimisation of marketing spend on all aggregator sites
- Work with the Marketing Analytics team to report on the performance of listings and effectively communicate results to stakeholders
- Reporting on the performance of listings to ensure that they are as visible and efficient as possible
- Reporting on the performance of our product spend to ensure that the maximum impact and leads are delivered for the business
- Keeping abreast of all new portal product launches and available inventory
- Organising and delivering internal communications to ensure that our portal activities are clear and understood by all relevant internal stakeholders
- Running regular review meetings with office managers to enable them to better understand their business and markets within which they operate
- Working closely with Head of Digital Marketing and external agencies to support wider digital marketing campaigns across digital acquisition, conversion rate optimisation and retention campaigns
- Responsible for the P&L of the Digital & eCommerce platform
- Managing the current junior marketers in the business and build a wider a global team
- Develop a marketing strategy and multi-channel campaigns with senior leaders
- Manage the performance marketing channels, including Google Paid Search, Google Shopping, Affiliates and Remarketing
- Developing and managing influencer and social media marketing
- Defining and implementing CRM programme
- Continuously analysing marketing and website performance to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and conversion
Digital Aggregator Manager Requirements:
- Appreciable experience in Digital marketing, ideally including working with Aggregators
- Experience from insurance, property, travel or similar aggregator-like competitive environment
- Comfortable working with data, analysis and reporting
- Calm, proactive and confident demeanour
- Ability to be flexible, and adapt to new marketing techniques and leverage trends
- Likely 3-5 years’ experience in aggregators and affiliates including campaign budgeting
- Good knowledge and experience within SEO, Paid Search, Social Media Marketing and Email Marketing
- Google Adwords and Analytics
- Campaign reporting analysis and action planning
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
