Unhidden is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing digital-first food brand looking for an AI-driven Content Manager.

As AI Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for leveraging AI tools to streamline content production, edit engaging videos, and enhance social media storytelling. You’ll blend creativity and AI-driven automation to create scalable, high-impact content strategies.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead AI-powered content production for a food brand that thrives on digital engagement, video storytelling, and cutting-edge social media strategies. You’ll work closely with marketing teams to automate content workflows, produce high-quality video content, and optimize engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

🟡 AI-Driven Content Strategy – Implement AI-powered tools for content ideation, editing, and automation to enhance content efficiency.
🟡 Video Production & AI Editing – Use AI-based video editing tools (e.g., Descript, Runway ML, Canva AI, Premiere Pro AI) to streamline video production.
🟡 Content Workflow Automation – Develop AI-driven content automation workflows to manage scheduling, editing, and optimization across platforms.
🟡 Short-Form & Long-Form Video Content – Produce high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
🟡 Motion Graphics & AI Effects – Enhance videos with AI-generated captions, animations, and transitions to drive engagement.
🟡 Social Media Content Management – Lead the brand’s AI-assisted social media content production, ensuring maximum reach and visibility.
🟡 Brand Storytelling & Engagement – Develop creative strategies to tell compelling brand stories through AI-enhanced video and digital media.
🟡 Performance Analysis & Optimization – Track AI-generated content performance and refine content strategies based on engagement metrics.
🟡 Stay Ahead of AI Content Trends – Keep up with the latest AI-powered content tools, automation techniques, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in AI-powered content creation – Experience using AI tools for video editing, scriptwriting, and automation (e.g., Runway ML, Synthesia, Descript, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Sensei).
Strong video editing & digital storytelling skills – Ability to produce engaging short-form & long-form content across social media.
Content strategy & workflow automation expertise – Familiarity with AI-driven content scheduling & optimization.
Background in digital marketing, media production, or content creation.
Creative mindset with a strategic approach – Understanding of content marketing, audience engagement, and AI-driven analytics.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with brand teams.
Passion for AI, automation, and digital content creation.
