Marketing Executive Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who can take ownership for driving profitable and sustainable growth for our business. You will be responsible for the development of the marketing strategy ensuring campaigns are mapped to the businesses personas with a clear view of the customer's journey from start to finish, reporting on ROI and spenditure.

A Marketing Executive role has many duties and responsibilities. Although specific positions will dictate a Marketing Executive's undertakings, there are several primary responsibilities common to this occupation. Senior Marketing Executive Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a future Marketing Executive to join an established business. As the Senior Marketing Executive where you will drive end to end campaigns working closely with the sales force to continue the growth of the organisation.

This is a hands on role encompassing the full marketing mix where you will be given the autonomy to run campaigns with a strong emphasis on direct marketing to segmented audiences using on and offline channels.

Responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Executive

Sales Collateral; help with the creation of a wide variety of online and offline materials to support the sales team - brochures, presentations, case studies and pitch decks.
Campaign Management; manage a variety of end to end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. You'll be involved in the planning, segmentation, creative and execution.
Content Marketing; write long form blogs that are optimised for SEO and our target keywords.
Website; use the CMS to update the website with content, ensure its optimised for SEO and track its performance in Google Analytics.
Social; post and repurpose content across our social channels.
Email; create and send out our monthly newsletter through MailChimp.
CRM; segment data for campaigns.
Analysis/ROI; pull together data for the Group Marketing Manager and track the marketing spend.

Senior Marketing Executive Requirements

You'll be a broad marketer from the B2B Tech industry.
You'll be looking for more ownership and could be at Executive or Assistant level currently.
Your copywriting skills will be top notch.
Broad experience across digital and offline marketing channels.
Good experience of working with sales teams.
Degree educated.

Marketing Executive - A day in the life:

Work with the marketing team and associated external agency partners on marketing campaign execution
Alongside other marketing leaders and relevant business leaders, plan and produce marketing plans and strategies to support mid to longer-term growth
Support the business with research into trends and propositional development to ensure deliver long term growth and market competitiveness: researching to identify target customers for a product or service and then develop the pricing strategy that will induce them to purchase the product or service

What is a Marketing Executive?

Reporting to the Marketing Manager or senior marketer a Senior Marketing Executive will likely lead the implementation of the marketing campaigns. Given the range of marketing channels now a Marketing Executive is likely to have exposure to a section or if not all of the relevant marketing channels: digital, traditional, partner channels etc. The primary responsibility of the role is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing in the given marketing channels that the Marketing Executive is expected to manage the implementation for. Key stakeholders for the Marketing Executive will include sales management or business development management, new business development, product development, distribution channel management and customer service.
