We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager work to build our brand and raise brand awareness and recognition. We are looking for a results driven individual that is able to capture the intangible essence of brand work and combine it with the metric driven approach of market research and metric driven marketing.
Given the high profile nature of this role we require you to be a natural leader working between teams in the business in order to deliver on brand initiatives, strategies and implementation of campaigns.
Brand Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
- Launch brand initiatives and campaigns to raise awareness and recognition
- Work with business leaders to shape and communicate the businesses vision and mission
- Put in place brand marketing into go-to-market strategies
- Manage brand metrics
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Manage brand campaigns across all channels and the businesses digital presence
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Brand Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Proven working experience as Brand Marketing Manager - likely 3-5 years
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate these to c-suite
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Excellent communication skills & strong attention to detail
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
- Likely a degree in marketing or a related field
